Tiny House Jamboree -Lesson Learned

Recently I looked back at our participation in the 2017 National Tiny House Jamboree in Dallas. Back then there were about 100 thousand enthusiasts nationwide and 72 Tiny Houses were displayed at the event. It was an incredible gathering! Non-stop engaging with folks from all over the country and every demographic, all wanting to explore Tiny House living. Today, there are over 3 million people who are actively contemplating transitioning to Tiny House living.

The lesson I learned from revisiting this event, is that you are not alone so never stop pursuing your dream. Persistence sustained us in Dallas. Here's a little backstory to that event: two weeks before the event, we were invited to be a part of the exhibitors. The day before the event an updated PEP 3D-printed enclosure arrived, it was a disaster. We grabbed prior 3D-printed and acrylic PEP versions, loaded up the van with all our gear, left Chicago a130pm, drove non-stop to Dallas, arrived 3-hrs before the event's 10am opening, and rushed to setup our booth to demo PEPs in action. It was our first live public demonstration. After two days, we were tired as hell, but all the great conversations, surprised faces, and words of encouragement made it all worthwhile.
